Key Qualifications
1. Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C/C++, C#).
3. Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
4. Familiarity with OS platforms (Windows, MAC, Linux).
5. Leadership Experience:
• Proven track record of managing software development teams.
• Proven track record of managing software managers.
• Experience in project management and delivering projects on time.
• Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent. 6. Strategic Vision:
• Experience in aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
• Ability to drive innovation and implement new technologies.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
