Excited to be adding to our senior engineering team with a Senior Unity Engineer. Proof of Play is committed to building fully on chain games, and the technical tools to power them, in order to facilitate autonomous worlds, ensure game longevity, and create a more immersive player experience. We’re creating multi-generational products — games that will outlast us and are owned by the communities that play them.

About You..
- This individual will be collaborative on a daily basis, working with Game Designers to support the design function, and the delivery of gameplay features with multiple functionalities and technical requirements
- Develop and establish the direction for the consumer side of engineering efforts
- Own all components of live modes, including technical improvements, to create a clear accountability matrix within the engineering organization
- Lead software engineering best practices within the game client engineering team, including design review, coding standard, code review, tools improvements, and more
What You'll Bring..
- 4+ years of professional programming experience
- 2+ years of game development experience
- 2+ years of experience with C#
- Experience in Unity Game Engine
- Familiarity with game engine tools, workflows and content pipelines
- Experience with other game engines (e.g. Unreal, Godot, etc)
- Some familiarity with Web3 technologies
- Some familiarity with Unity’s WebGL
