Salesforce Developer

We are currently looking for high level Salesforce Developer to support a mission critical system. This role is the highest technical level in all phases of applications systems analysis and design activities. The most important aspects of this work are the application of programmer analysis skills to formulate solutions to complex business problems using automation technologies and preparing system design plans and detailed specifications to facilitate the development and implementation of application systems.

Roles:
• Oversite of daily support activities and other development work may be required.
• Work is performed under limited supervision. Initial work will be to support, expand and maintain the Salesforce Grant Management platform and mission critical system.
• This position will be expected to support, expand and maintain the Salesforce Grant Management platform to improve productivity and improve the end user experience.
• The position will also assist in helping support resolve/mature the initial setup of the platform and support mandated statues initiatives.
• Mature our footprint and accelerate implementation of applications, increase efficiency and productivity, improve collaboration and communication across Low Code No Code developers, reduce risk and increase security best practices.

The ideal candidate possesses the following:
• Passion for moving organizations forward with the Salesforce ecosystem and MS Power Platform and excitement for the impact can make on customer experiences.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with the Salesforce, and Microsoft Power
