Senior Quality Engineer

Where are we heading?

We are on a mission to build an optimal quality framework as we grow into the enterprise segment. We seek multifaceted colleague to join our team. You will drive quality initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement best practices in functional and non-functional testing. This role offers the chance to push quality forward, be creative, and do what you love to ensure we meet enterprise quality standards.

In a typical week, you will …

• Develop test frameworks, tools, and processes that:
  • Support product teams in both functional, manual testing and non-functional, automated performance testing
  • Foster our shift-left mindset, integrating quality early in the development process
  • Cater to all levels of the test pyramid, from TDD at the unit test level to Cypress at the frontend test level using Typescript, Cypress, Puppeteer
• Collaborate closely with our DevX and product teams on shared initiatives, driving alignment
• Lead quality-focused projects aimed at enhancing overall quality and testing practices

• Frontend: TypeScript, React.js, React Native
• Backend: TypeScript/Node.js, Ruby, Kotlin, Kafka
• Storage: Postgres, Elastic, Redis
• Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
