What You'll Do
- Collaborate and lead the implementation of scalable and robust infrastructure and applications that align with business objectives.
- Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements to efficiency, performance, and reliability.
- Deliver sophisticated technical assistance and management of crucial infrastructure systems such as Azure Local, Okta, Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, EntraID, Office 365, Intune, Mimecast, and various Windows HICs.
- Implement and sustain IAM solutions using OKTA, Office 365, and EntraID.
- Coordinate Cloud Infrastructure ensuring efficient cost and performance, scalability, compliance, and security.
- Automate routine tasks and deployments using scripting and various automation tools.
- Integrate identity services across cloud platforms to ensure seamless and secure access for users.
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests through IAM platforms.
- Establish and maintain SSO and MFA settings across OKTA, Office 365, and EntraID.
- Work closely with the IT Operations Manager, Senior Systems Engineers, and Regional Service Delivery Manager to ensure outstanding customer service for all support needs.
- Develop documentation and prepare drawings, procedures, processes, and other related documentation for all labs, classrooms, or other aspects of work performed or environments built.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in IT.
- 5+ years of Information Technology/Network/System Administration experience.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments preferred.
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) with 3+ years of equivalent Systems Engineer experience.
- Understanding of the current AI landscape and desire to learn its future potential.
- Having a CCNA certification is advantageous.
- IT Security Certification such as Security+ and/or CISSP is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems is essential.
- Basic knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls required.
- Experience supporting a Training and/or R&D environment preferred.
- Experience with project management approaches, procedures, and tools is a plus.
- Comprehension of ITIL methodology.
- Must be customer-focused and have outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must demonstrate good communication abilities, be capable of working independently, and collaborate well with others.
- Must be eager to learn new technologies and be a self-learner.
