As a Product Supply Manager, you will be working in 2 possible areas:

  • Innovation Supply Chain for Wipes: you will be responsible to set up new tool for the long-term capacity plan. You will be responsible for the upstream finished product and material supply management work, and you will lead the process to automate this process.
  • Process Engineering for Wipes: you will be responsible to support specific projects of the masterplan (either innovation or manufacturing team) implementing defined engineering work processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for planning and prioritizing, preparing budgets, supervising progress, and keeping team members advised throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • Handle the relationship with the client and relevant customers.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skills, and experience levels.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.

    Job Qualifications

    • University/Bachelor Engineering graduate (Industrial Engineering preferred)
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
    • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
    • Your display positive relationship, analytical skills, problem solving and solutions-oriented attitude.
    • Excellent progressive, strategic and confident leadership skills.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
    • Able to work autonomously and prove your leadership and innovating spirit.
