We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Power BI/Power Apps Developer to join the Beauty IT R&D team within Procter & Gamble. The ideal candidate will have some experience in developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development while contributing to a wide range of projects that drive business insights and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Create, customize, and optimize Power Apps applications to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Power BI reports and Power Apps applications.
- Perform data modeling, data transformation, and data analysis tasks to support reporting needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI and Power Apps.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices related to Power BI and Power Apps.
- Assist in training and supporting end-users to effectively utilize the developed solutions.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working with Power BI and Power Apps.
- Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query for data manipulation.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and its data services.
- Knowledge of other Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate.
- Understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
