Profile: 1 to 3 years of substantial professional experience as Data Analyst, Data Scientist or related.

As a P&G Data Scientist you’ll need to be highly motivated, results-oriented, and very confident drawing insights from data. You should have the capability to lead change, develop people and organizations, and tackle sophisticated problems by thinking critically. While we invest heavily in improving these skills in you, it helps to show that you already have the skills.

About the role and Main responsibilities:

• Optimize and expand our selling model identifying opportunities through data analysis

• Qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

• Create reports to track granular and cumulative team progress.

• Identify insights & opportunities to improve dentist interactions.

• Propose innovative ideas to increase results and bring optimizations.

• Analyze data from different sources.

• Optimize remote sample delivery activities.

• Ensure adherence to our stewardship guidelines.
