Create effective/award-winning short-form advertising for a much loved men’s brand (hint: I’m on a horse).
About the Role:
Coho (Content House) is the internal advertising agency/production studio inside the Personal Care division within P&G. This role is for Creative Director with an art director or copy background. We are looking for someone with strong conceptual skills. An idea machine. Someone who knows a bad brief when they see it and can help fix it. This role is for someone who loves advertising and knows it’s history. Someone with lots of agency experience and has worked on a variety of diverse brands. You will be tasked with leading the advertising campaign work for some of P&G’s biggest brands. You will be well versed in production and how to bring your ideas to life. This is a role for an experienced and mature creative who doesn’t get frustrated easily and who can always come back next round with something better. This is a hands-on role. It’s a small team so everyone works on the work.
The creative department is small but growing quickly. You will be running a small team and well versed in A.I. to create best in class short form advertising.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading big brands and creative teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive creative excellence across print/short form content/activations and social first ideas. But at the heart of this role is thinking of quick-turn social content with strong hooks that grab the viewer and won’t let go.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
- Artificial Intelligence: Work with the latest tools to be on the forefront of new ideas and new means of producing them. Ninja prompting skills a must.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Creative Direction: Provide strategic and creative direction for all projects. Review and approve campaign work, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with in-house clients to understand their needs and objectives. Present creative concepts and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Identify and resolve any workflow issues.
- Hands On Craft: You will be expected to think AND do. Come up with the idea AND write the scripts or come up with the mini social campaign AND art direct it to life.
What We Offer:
- A challenging, innovative environment where you can directly influence the future of major brands.
- A supportive, diverse team committed to excellence.
- Competitive salary and benefits.
