Systems Engineer

• Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining systems running macOS, Linux, and Windows.
• Learn to deploy and manage virtual machines using tools like VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or Proxmox.
• Help troubleshoot basic system and network issues under the guidance of a senior engineer.
• Support the IT team with day-to-day technical tasks and documentation.
• Practice scripting with Bash or other shell environments to automate simple tasks.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve processes and contribute to team discussions.
• Provide support for hardware-related issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer components.

• Currently pursuing or has completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux, macOS, Windows).
• Familiarity with the concept of virtualization (what VMs are, how they’re used).
• Interest in networking (IP addresses, DNS, routers, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware, including components like CPUs, memory, storage, and peripheral devices.
• Interest in or exposure to cloud technologies.
