Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage motion design projects for multiple clients from brief to final delivery.
• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, transitions, VFX, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging visuals while maintaining brand identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, content teams, and creative leads for seamless project execution.
• Take ownership of project quality, timelines, revisions, and final delivery with minimal supervision.
• Create platform-ready content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns.
• Adapt motion styles across different brands, formats, aspect ratios, and visual languages.
• Stay updated with motion trends, social media formats, memes, and emerging visual styles.
• Suggest creative ideas that improve storytelling, audience engagement, and content quality.
• Maintain organised project files and efficient post-production workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of animation, typography, composition, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience handling client projects and branded content.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with an existing creative team.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to understand and implement client and internal feedback.
• Knowledge of VFX, 3D, Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools is an added advantage.
• A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
