Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Product Designer – Growth to lead impactful user experiences across acquisition, activation, retention, and winback journeys. The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking, visual craft, experimentation expertise, and a deep understanding of growth metrics to design scalable and high-performing product experiences.
This role requires close collaboration with Product, Data, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to create meaningful growth experiences that improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve the core 'shopping' UX
- Own the UX lifecycle – discovery > concept > UX strategy > wireframe > prototype
- Identify improvements in multi-offer product checkout
- Simplify cognitive load in product discovery, pricing and checkout
- Be the bridge between Product, Visual, Motion and Design Systems teams
- Build upon existing systems and patterns, and/or create new scalable system
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Growth Design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experimentation, onboarding, retention, or conversion-focused design work.
- Expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of behavioral psychology, user engagement, and growth frameworks.
- Experience working with design systems and scalable product experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
