ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience who's hungry to grow inside a fast-moving brand. You'll work on design and creative that ship daily - Brand & Category CLPs, Sale Events, curations, deals, banners, and campaign assets - as part of our Revenue/Growth team. You will be working closely with design leads, marketing, and product. This is a high-thinking, high-volume, high-learning role: you'll see your work go live within days, sometimes hours.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design moodboards, experiences and creatives for in-app, social, and CRM campaigns (banners, curations, deal assets, push/comms visuals).
- Ideate and execute within POP's brand system while bringing fresh thoughts to new as well as recurring formats.
- Give direction to junior designers and interns so they can iterate quickly.
- Prepare clean, organized, handoff-ready files across multiple sizes and placements.
- Manage and Ideate multiple projects at once and deliver on tight daily timelines.
YOUR SKILLS
- A portfolio showing strong fundamentals - colour, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Comfort with (or curiosity about) AI image tools as part of a modern design workflow.
- Bonus: motion graphics, video editing, or copywriting instincts.
- Attitude over polish: we'd rather collaborate with someone who likes to think and put things into action quickly - someone fast, curious, and detail-obsessed.
