Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (DA-1) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop dashboards, and generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, customer needs, and monetization landscape to share deep insights.
- Develop reports and interactive dashboards using tools such as Meta Business Suite to track performance and visualize trends.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and define KPIs and track performance metrics across different business functions.
- Automate recurring data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure accuracy.
- Translate business questions into analytical problems, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure data availability, quality, and integrity.
- Identify opportunities to improve data systems, processes, and reporting efficiency through automation and best practices.
Technical Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python or R).
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization principles.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience working with large datasets or in a fast-paced digital/fintech/e-commerce environment.
- Skilled in data analysis, research, validation, and documentation.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
- Understanding of machine learning basics and statistical modeling.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
