WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design and prepare test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements and specifications to ensure full test coverage.
• Execute manual and automated test cases/scripts to identify defects and ensure  quality.
• Perform UAT across web and system applications.
• Conduct API testing and system validation using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Identify, document, and track defects/bugs, working closely with developers to analyze root causes and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate test execution activities and schedules to meet project timelines and release deadlines.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress, quality status, and risks.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, test reports, and QA documentation throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to support smooth releases.
• Assist in preparing user guides/system documentation and support internal teams on new or updated features.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and QA.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool such as:
• Selenium (preferred)
• Playwright (preferred)
• Cypress / Katalon
• Experience in API testing.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
