Job Summary:
Manage the Fab expansion project. Work with various departments, people and contractors to make the project successful. The job will require monitoring and driving project progress, setting deadlines, report on weekly project goal performance, monitor and report on project financial performance.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Plan and drive Polar’s expansion project.
- Lead various stakeholders in maintaining the schedule.
- Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
- Drive layout of tools
- Work with Capital Acquisition, Equipment Engineering, Process Engineering, Facilities Engineering, and outside contractors to set and maintain schedule from Tier 0 to Tier 4.
- Serve as the liaison among all stakeholders
- Evaluate Project Performance.
Requirements:
- Requires minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- At least 7 years of related work experience/ project management experience.
- Organizational skills and an attention to detail and be data driven.
- Effective communicator—both verbally and written skills, with proven ability to work in a collaborative environment to achieve project success.
- Self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite skills desired. Planning software (Office Project) skills is a plus.
