We are seeking a Tech Governance Lead to support the execution of our Tech Governance mechanisms. This role is critical in ensuring that our technology initiatives align with business objectives and are executed efficiently. What you’ll do
- Collate and review content for weekly business reviews, ensuring timely follow-up tracking to prevent aging of issues
- Create and manage monthly business reviews (MBRs), coordinating related follow-ups to ensure alignment with business goals
- Oversee the product feature request (PFR) process, including status updates and KPI tracking, to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities
- Manage the content creation process for the monthly Technology newsletter, ensuring high-quality and relevant content
- Support other business governance mechanisms or special projects as needed
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and incubate new capabilities to demonstrate viability before expanding across the organization
What’s required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in content creation and management for senior audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience in governance frameworks and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to analyze data and track KPIs effectively

The annual base salary range for this role is $220,000-$260,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
