Meaningful impact from the start: The Senior Accounting Manager provides critical leadership, coaching and development to a talented team across the Finance department. Responsibilities include managing general controllership functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, leases, etc. to executing the Firm’s accounting procedures and best practices. The Senior Accounting Manager provides leadership, motivation, development and structure to the accounting operations team and critical input the Director of Accounting Operations and other senior members of the Finance team.

Other Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in accounting or accounting information systems
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
Must be able to obtain FINRA SIE and Series 99 licenses
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Base Salary: $135,000 - 155,000
Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
