- Forecast project staffing needs and make recommendations to executive leadership to optimize team resources.
Scheduling & Analysis
- Develop and maintain program schedules for multiple project types, identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints.
- Review contractor baseline and updated schedules for scope accuracy, proper sequencing, and contract compliance; provide detailed written feedback.
- Perform QA/QC on schedule submittals, reviewing critical paths, cost/resource loading, logic relationships, constraints, and milestones.
- Conduct schedule Time Impact Analyses for change orders and negotiate delay settlements with stakeholders.
- Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses to assess schedule performance.

- Serve as the primary liaison between project scheduling teams, senior management, and the Program & Project Controls department.
- Lead schedule-related discussions in weekly progress meetings and other stakeholder sessions.
- Conduct site visits to validate contractor progress and prepare status reports for upper management.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain program-level coding standards and data integrity.
- Perform regular QA/QC reviews of program schedules and master schedules.
- Prepare schedule performance reports and status updates on a bi-monthly basis.
