Junior Software Developer, Guest-facing Team

You aren't just writing code. You are building the front-facing interface that millions of travelers interact with to customize their journey, using AI at every stage of your engineering workflow.

What You'll Be Doing

You will join the Guest-facing team to design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our web applications, working from the database schema up to the user interface. You will develop and optimize customer-facing upsell experiences with a focus on performance, accessibility, conversion, and live A/B testing. In your daily work, AI re-engineers how software gets built, where you will leverage AI agents to assist with code reviews, maintain testing suites, and accelerate shipping cycles. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and data peers to translate guest feedback directly into high-converting features.

What You Bring

• You bring hands-on experience with TypeScript and a modern front-end framework like React or Vue, paired with back-end capabilities in Python and SQL.

• You have already demonstrated your ability to integrate AI tools and agents directly into your development workflow to write, review, and test code faster.

• You take a product-minded approach to building full-stack applications, caring deeply about performance, conversion, and guest experience.

• You hold a high bar for clean, maintainable code and testing quality, ensuring that what reaches production is resilient and performant.

• You bring strong curiosity and adaptability, thriving in an agile team environment where learning and knowledge sharing are prioritized.
