In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D assets, including characters, backgrounds, and props; helping shape the visual style; and supporting the team through your expertise and feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Execute complex and critical art tasks independently and on time

• Perform asset export, slicing, and optimization for animation

• Provide peer feedback on art quality and consistency

• Collaborate cross-functionally, focusing on strong production alignment

• Contribute to task estimation and scope planning

• Follow and uphold established art direction and style guidelines

• Flag pipeline issues and suggest improvements

• Develop and present concept art ideas with sketches, including characters, creatures, and progression chains

• Demonstrate strong ownership and proactive problem-solving within the Art team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience creating 2D art for mobile casual games

• Outstanding drawing and concepting skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling in casual mobile gaming

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop

• Deep understanding of current trends, player expectations, and best practices in mobile game art

• Strong and open collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI tools (image generation in mobile gaming)

• Experience designing for international audiences

• Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Blender) and openness to contribute to 3D workflows where needed
