Summary
Plume develops and deploys cloud based control planes with scale to manage tens of millions of customer homes through some of the world’s largest Internet Service Providers.
Our cloud applications include WiFi network management and optimisation, device access control, network provisioning, IoT security, and end customer user interaction through mobile apps. We are growing our team and looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our Web QA team. What you’ll be doing
- Creating Test Cases and Test Scenarios
- Designing Test Plans for new functionalities according to system requirements and specifications
- Carrying out manual tests to ensure our web-based applications are meeting system requirements and specifications
- Collaborating with QA Automation team
- Closely working with development team while designing test plans and testing new features
- Defect management Exploratory testing Creating bug reports Reproducing and verifying bugs
- Taking ownership of projects
- Communicating test efforts and status on projects
- Participating in team and project related meetings
If you
- completed a BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field
- have exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus
- have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- have excellent oral and written English language skills, additional languages will be considered a plus (German, Spanish, French, Japanese)
- are an advanced user of both Windows and Mac operating systems
- experience in manual testing
- have knowledge of modern agile tool, preferably JIRA and Confluence
- have knowledge of test case management software, preferably TestRail
- are skilled in Postman API, Transifex and Bash scripting
