Playtika is seeking an experienced and highly capable Tech Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the TechOps & IT Division. Reporting directly to the VP of TechOps & IT, this is a senior individual contributor role with significant organizational impact.

The division spans five departments, TechOps(SRE, DBA & Data Infrastructure,IT Engineering) IT services(IT support, NOC, Finops) and Product &R&D (Developer Tools). This role is the connective tissue that keeps programs moving, processes sharp, and transformation on track.

This role reports directly to the VP TechOps & IT and operates as a trusted extension of divisional leadership. The Program Manager will work hands-on with department heads, group managers, and executive stakeholders across Playtika.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Build & Run the Division Tech Program

  • Design and establish the division-wide program framework from the ground up, aligning all departments under a unified delivery model.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics (delivery KPIs and business outcomes).
  • Manage cross-departmental dependencies, proactively resolve blockers, and keep programs on track.
  • Own program visibility, status updates, decision logs, risk registers, and leadership reporting.

 

Work Procedures & Operational Excellence

  • Partner with the VP to design, document, and roll out operational procedures across the division.
  • Identify inefficiencies, duplicated effort, and process gaps, propose and drive improvements.
  • Establish standards and best practices that scale across IT, TechOps, and Developer Tools teams.

 

Lead Focused, High-Impact Projects

  • Act as the VP's right hand on strategic, focused initiatives that require cross-team coordination.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of key projects, from definition and design through deployment and stabilization.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to executive stakeholders.

 

Lead the AI Transformation Across the Division

  • Spearhead the adoption of AI tools and automation across all departments within the division.
  • Build the AI transformation roadmap: identify use cases, sequence initiatives, and track adoption.
  • Champion culture change — create buy-in, manage resistance, and embed AI-driven ways of working.
  • Partner with Product & R&D department to accelerate AI-assisted developer productivity.

 

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technology domains — software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, IT, data, or program/project management.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs in a global environment.
  • Proven end-to-end delivery track record: from business/technical definition through development, deployment, and production stabilization.
  • Deep understanding of IT and/or R&D-centric organizations and their operational dynamics.
  • Solid technical fluency in systems architecture, SDLC, data infrastructure, or IT/infrastructure environments.
  • Strong command of program and project management frameworks, including Agile and hybrid models.
  • Proficiency with delivery tools (Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Confluence).
  • Experience driving AI or automation adoption in a technology organization is a strong advantage.
