Playtech Assurance Team is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Critically assess the performance of operational systems and processes.
• Develop QA testing strategies.
• Proactively identify gaps in processes and implement measures to mitigate them.
• QA the compliance program processes, manually and automatically (using the output of the Robotic Process Automation).
• Provide both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues.
• Onboard new additions to the QA team.
• Assist with the management of different operational projects and take responsibility for overall project delivery.

Qualifications

• Are fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Have experience in Quality Assurance.
• Bring experience from the online gaming industry or any financial institution (such as payment processors, fintech, or the banking sector).
• Possess strong computer literacy skills.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excel in team collaboration and adaptability.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail and exhibit critical thinking.
