Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer in Austin, TX ensure a balance between advancing new developments and maintaining the stability of existing applications, in alignment with the business priorities, to drive the continued success and growth of the organization. Requires a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience maintaining highly available and large-scale production systems in AWS. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience managing AWS Cloud resources using CloudFormation and Terraform and automating infrastructure provisioning using CI/CD practices using Git, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Jenkins, and Packer; designing and building CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, AWS Code Build, AWS Code Deploy, Maven, Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, Packer, Groovy and Shell Scripting; designing, building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for container orchestration and serverless applications utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS and AWS Lambda; designing and building microservice-based architecture using automated processes for deployment, scaling, monitoring and management of microservices, while ensuring scalability, high-availability and security of the overall system; designing DevOps roadmap to make improvements to existing systems; working with product and cloud engineering to improve manageability and supportability of applications; driving the entire DevOps lifecycle including Orchestration, Configuration Management, CI/CD, and Monitoring; working with product and cloud engineering to improve manageability and supportability of applications; and automating continuous integration, testing, deployment, and scaling of containerized and serverless applications to ensure efficient, reliable and repeatable delivery of new features and updates to the production environment. *Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.* Send resumes to SIE-Job-Postings@sony.com & indicate job code DB7108463. At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$196,200$228,800 USD
