What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems supporting data compliance and overseas marketing workflows (Klaviyo preferred).

• Rapidly translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine system architectures, ensuring reliability and performance.

• Continuously optimize production systems, quickly identifying and resolving issues to maintain smooth operations.

• Leverage AWS cloud services to enhance system scalability, efficiency, and innovation.

• Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for

• 3+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.

• Solid understanding of backend frameworks, development tools, and version control systems.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, S3, RDS) and cloud-based architectures.

• Ability to design and implement technical solutions based on system architecture.

• Strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, and ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Klaviyo or multi-region backend development.

• Background in data compliance and overseas marketing-related backend systems.

• Proven track record of optimizing and maintaining high-availability production systems.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate across engineering and business teams.

• Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, eager to explore and implement innovative solutions.
