Role Overview

Join our team as a Data Engineer to develop and optimize data pipelines and systems for our payments backend, a mission-critical platform that ensures timely fund transfers and smooth payment experiences. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining and improving our data flow and storage for high-volume transactions.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain efficient data pipelines and architectures.
• Work with complex data sets to meet various business requirements.
• Automate processes, optimize data flow, and enhance scalability.
• Design and implement process improvements for better performance.

Who You Are

• Proficient in SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MSSQL).
• Skilled in building and optimizing data pipelines and working with large data sets.
• Experienced with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledgeable in data processing and workflow tools (Airflow, NiFi).
• Familiar with scripting languages like Python, Java, or Scala.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum, with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
• CI pipeline development, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), or stream processing (Spark-Streaming).
