About Pixion Games

Pixion is a globally distributed, fully remote team.

We're developing Fableborne, a hybrid midcore game that blends base building/deck building with ARPG raiding. In this asynchronous competitive game, players engage in snackable, action-packed combat while raiding each other's bases.

Fableborne is a F2P mobile first game with an ambition to find a new LiveOps model with web3/blockchain components.

Culture Alignment

  • We are building something new, facing the unknown. You are motivated by intellectual challenges and not having easy answers at hand.

  • Be a team player. A team’s idea will always be better than a siloed thought.

  • AI will evolve all our roles. You invest personal time and experiment during work tasks on how to transform your role to increased outcomes quality and velocity, and are keen to experiment with new ways of applying it to company pipelines.

  • Our studio culture is one of ownership, collaboration, self-organization and proactive problem solver. You want to take responsibility for your wins and grow from your mistakes.

Responsibilities

  • Own player, product, and commercial analysis across Fableborne, turning complex gameplay, UA, monetisation, and web3 data into clear recommendations that improve retention, LTV, and player experience.

  • Build and maintain segmentation frameworks for key player groups, including web3-native and acquired users, and translate behavioural differences into actionable product and marketing insights.

  • Analyse the full UA funnel, identify the highest-impact drop-off points, and develop testable hypotheses with clear validation plans.

  • Deep-dive into monetisation performance across IAP, marketplace activity, player cohorts, and pricing structures to uncover growth opportunities and support monetisation strategy decisions.

  • Evaluate token reward performance and post-distribution behaviour, helping the team understand recirculation, staking, extraction, and the broader impact of reward design on the health of the game economy.

  • Design robust reporting, dashboards, and alerting for core KPIs across acquisition, retention, progression, monetisation, and token economy health using existing data tooling.

  • Collaborate closely with product, game design, UA, marketing, and leadership to scope analytical questions, improve instrumentation, and ensure insights lead to action.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics for free-to-play mobile games.

  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Amplitude, DataDog, or similar), confidence analysing gameplay, monetisation, and marketing performance across multiple data sources.

  • Experience with cohort analysis, funnel analysis, behavioural segmentation, and KPI modelling, with the ability to move from patterns in the data to business hypotheses and recommendations.

  • Experience in experimentation design and A/B testing.

  • Experience analysing player monetisation, retention, and lifecycle behaviour, with a commercial mindset around LTV, pricing, conversion, and revenue optimisation.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, UA, and leadership teams, translating technical findings into clear, decision-ready communication.

  • Ability to work closely with tech teams to define and validate the right event tracking for new features.

  • Experience with a fully remote, distributed production team.

  • Fluent English and strong communication skills both written and spoken.

  • Systematic, structured and detailed approach to tasks.

Will be a plus

  • Experience in web3, blockchain, tokenomics, or on-chain analytics.

  • Hands-on ability with SQL and BI/reporting tools.

  • Experience using AI in day-to-day analytics work, or strong interest in exploring practical AI applications for analysis, reporting, and decision support.

Working Hours and Location

  • EU working hours from +3h UTC / -3h UTC.

  • Commitment to work within core hours of 9:30am UTC/BST to 4pm UTC/BST.
