Manual QA Test Engineer

Your new adventure:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, complete and testable
• Develop detailed test plans covering scope, approach, schedule, objectives, strategies and risk management
• Create comprehensive test cases based on specifications, identify scenarios, prepare data and determine expected results
• Proactively monitor quality KPIs and promptly identify anomalies
• Organize and lead test sessions to identify bugs and improve product quality through collaborative testing efforts
• Engage in testing activities during the design and product requirements phases to catch issues early and improve overall product quality
• Conduct thorough testing for major releases, ensuring all features and updates meet high-quality standards
• Identify, document, track, and drive the resolution of bugs and defects
• Refine test processes for efficiency and effectiveness, adopting best practices and new tools
• Keep up to date with new testing methodologies and tools

Does this sound like you?

• 2+ years of experience as a QA tester with a focus on web applications
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and testing methodologies 
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Bonus points for:

• Proficiency with automated testing tools is a plus (Cypress, SonarQube, BrowserStack)
• Experience in UI/UX testing and journey mapping is a plus
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., NodeJS, GoLang) is a plus
