We’re seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Recruiting Lead. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing candidates through our interview process, while growing and scaling our engineering teams across various organizations at Pinterest. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in full-cycle recruiting, strategizing complex searches, building meaningful relationships with recruiting team peers and key stakeholders, and playing a key role to build representation across all teams. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and ensure hiring goals are met.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, including talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders (e.g., HR, Compensation, Diversity) to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals.
  • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders to inform decisions.
  • Lead initiatives to improve and scale recruiting operations, including onboarding and training recruiters, setting performance expectations, and driving diversity hiring strategies.
  • Drive the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates, while managing team goals and performance outcomes.

 

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experiences with a focus on velocity and high-volume pipelines. Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or Product recruiting domain experience is a plus. 
  • Proven track record of engaging passive candidates, building diverse pipelines, and providing inclusive candidate experiences.
  • A data-driven mindset and approach to solving problems and drawing insights
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment while staying flexible, and organized along the way
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times a year and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
