Picsart is searching for a skilled Staff DevOps Engineer who specializes in designing, creating, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and redundant on-premise and cloud infrastructures. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges in a large-scale environment, troubleshooting, using a software-first methodology to ensure the infrastructure's smooth and efficient operation, creating automation, writing reliable and testable software to automate infrastructure management, and working with multiple platforms containing GPUs.

You will

  • Build, maintain, and optimize cloud and on-premise infrastructures focusing on scalability and reliability to support a wide range of operations
  • Design and deploy a hybrid environment with geo-distributed Kubernetes clusters
  • Maintain and improve infrastructure components to ensure higher SLAs
  • Proactively implement best practices for managing systems and services across all operational environments
  • Be involved in architectural discussions and share the knowledge
  • Regularly update, patch, and repair servers, workstations, and networks, applying scripting and coding for process automation
  • Focus on automating infrastructure-related components using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting techniques.

About you

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in managing production infrastructures
  • Experience managing large-scale, fully automated infrastructure-as-code landscapes (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience designing high-traffic, fault-tolerant systems at the global scale
  • Hands-on experience with building and managing CI/CD workflows and tools (Gitlab CI, Jenkins)
  • Production experience working with containerization and Kubernetes (we are using RKE, GKE, EKS and OKE)
  • Strong hands-on knowledge and experience with Linux
  • Strong Networking skills
  • Experience with ML workflows and GPU-integrated infrastructures
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies (GCP, AWS, Tencent)
  • Hands-on experience of programming in Python, Go, or similar language
  • Strong capabilities in scripting with Shell/Bash
  • Experience with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks (Prometheus, DataDog, ELK)
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to motivate others, drive collaboration, and quickly resolve conflicts
  • Ability to work under pressure, effectively debugging and resolving complex technical issues
  • An analytical mindset and a get-it-done attitude.
