Data Analyst, Product/Finance

Picsart is looking for a Data Analyst to support the Acquisition vertical. The Data Analyst role will help make strategic business decisions by developing and providing data analysis and reporting of complex patterns, insights and trends to internal stakeholders. These insights will help solve highly complex business problems, implement best practices and optimise business performance.

You will

• Work with huge datasets: retrieve, clean, and analyse them.
• Partner with Product and Finance teams to understand data/reporting needs and offer solutions to address specific challenges.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to build predictive models.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimise subscription rates.
• Implement and manage data models using dbt.
• Execute business/technical requirements and build multi-purpose interactive dashboards based on gathered requirements.
• Delve deeper into data to identify reasons for trends and metric changes.
• Visualise data and create effective presentations to communicate findings in a structured way for non-technical audiences. 

About you

• BS/MA degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a product analytics role (preferably monetization) working with large datasets.
• Strong experience with data manipulation languages such as SQL and Python.
• Strong synthesis skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and extract insights that drive change.
• Solid experience building intuitive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent communication and knowledge-sharing skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and innovative.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
