As part of the Learning & Development Team, you contribute to an engaging and inspiring learning journey in which our ever-growing team of 10,000+ operational employees and 500+ operational leaders can develop effectively. You know exactly which hard and soft skills our Operations colleagues need in order to excel in their roles. 🎯 What you’ll do
Lead the evolution of the Picnic Academy, our e-learning platform, to take our L&D offering to the next level:
- Identify ways to elevate Academy adoption amongst our broad target audience, for improved onboarding and continuous learning experiences.
- Coordinate our growing pipeline of e-content creation and optimize for high quality & adoption.
- Manage external partner(s) to realize innovation and acceleration
Bring our Academy together with our in-person training offering towards a coherent blended learning portfolio:
- Manage launches and evaluations of new elements/programs, and determine relevant success metrics and ways to measure them.
- Ensure international alignment across programs and leverage expertises in our broader People Ops team to deliver relevant and engaging content.
- Stay up to date with the latest learning methods and styles and apply this knowledge in improving our programs
Determine direction and formulate ambitions based on business needs:
- Work closely with our stakeholders in Fulfilment, Distribution, and Customer Success to agree on priorities, teaming, and approach
- Deep dive into operations and gather feedback from employees to evaluate our digital programs and identify opportunities.
- Guide junior L&D teammates to execute project work streams, and support their development within the team
⭐ About you
- Finished Master’s degree (preferably in HR / Learning and Development)
- 5 - 8 years of project management experience
- Experience working in a learning and development program (design, facilitation, blended learning)
- Fluency in Dutch and full working proficiency in English. German and/or French is a plus
- Strong passion for development of people and desire to grow the impact of L&D within Picnic
- Collaborator: you easily build networks and know how to mobilize others to create impact together
- Thought leader: you easily set direction, substantiated with data and stakeholder input
- Creative mind: you easily translate practical learning needs into effective learning concepts.
- Willing to travel to different locations to gather information and implement projects
