We demand nothing less than best-in-class expertise. You must be able to deliver on-site instruction that transforms mediocre shops into manufacturing juggernauts, backed by a mandatory five years of high-level Mastercam programming dominance. Your comfort must extend to the complete, start-to-finish setup, programming, and first article inspection of complex CNC machine tools; expertise in 5-Axis and/or Mill-Turn environments is the preferred badge of a true master. Understand this: this role requires a road warrior—the willingness and ability to travel up to 60-80% across the region is non-negotiable.
