Your role:

• Analyze system testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough coverage while adhering to regulatory and company standards. Execute system tests according to established procedures, documenting results and identifying deviations or anomalies for further investigation.

• Perform complex testing and measurement activities, particularly for early-stage or unstable processes, in collaboration with product development project teams.

• Evaluate test outcomes and deliver detailed reports with insights on system performance, recommending improvements to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality expectations. Support the development of new test methods, including optimizing testing approaches, creating benchtop setups, and performing measurement system analyses.

• Develop and contribute to testing solutions and equipment deployed in PIC Shenzhen lab or ODM supplier's labs

• Create, maintain, and improve testing methods and measurement documentation, including schematics, setup diagrams, and instructions for use.

• Work together with ODM suppliers to develop test plans and protocols and ensure the verification activities accomplished in time with high quality

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience and/or familiarity with product development testing and verification. You possess strong problem-solving skills and have working knowledge utilizing problem-solving tools.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electric, Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent combination of education and above listed experience

• You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in the field of test and verification within a product development testing environment is highly preferred.

• Experience related to the development of and testing of medical (FDA regulated) products is a plus (ISO13485, 21CFR820).

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 4 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
