SW Frontend developer leader
Your role:
- Lead design and implementation of major features and new product’s UI Infrastructure of clinical products.
- Leading tough technical problems solution
- Leading the infrastructure UI component development, supporting UI solutions for all the development groups
- Working closely with the UX and graphic designers teams
- Develop and lead development of high quality, flexible, usable, high performance SW infrastructure
- Balance short term needs and long-term goals
- Promote domain knowledge, system thinking, and customer understanding
- Responsible for the design, implementation, integration and test of a (sub) system, component or module in high quality, according to requirements and on time.
- Comply and align with software development professionalism standards within the team (processes and methodologies, quality of requirements, design, coding and testing).
- Carries out complicated development and prototyping tasks.
- Good understanding of the market needs and ability to translate them to implementation requirement while considering the overall solution.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, including both at new product life cycle development as well as maintenance of an already released product.
- Promote domain knowledge, innovative thinking, and customer understanding.
- Promote trust, openness and leverage external capabilities locally and globally
You're the right fit if:
- BA/BSC in relevant Field
- At least 5+ years of experience in SW Development
- Proven Experience in Web technology programming - HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JS Client Side frameworks like Angular, (preferred), React etc.
- Proven experience in managed languages- strongly preferred C#/.NET Core
- Experience in Cloud development with good understanding of CI/CD pipeline - advantage
- Experience in writing micro services - advantage
- System aspect background/experience in developing enterprise solutions - advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
- Leading & authority skills
- Fluent English
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
