At Philips Capsule, we are driven by the challenge of “Making the complex simple, and the simple insightful.” To achieve this, our team needs a new tester with a strong affinity for automation. We are looking for someone with technical skills (programming languages, databases), who is curious, enjoys challenges, and has human skills to support our verification team.
Reporting to the Software Manager, you will participate, in an international environment, in the verification of products in a medical regulatory context.
Your responsibilities include:
- Design test strategies to ensure the product meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct methodological reviews of specifications to ensure testability.
- Write detailed test procedures and implement manual and automated test plans.
- Participate in setting up tools for automating web and API tests.
- Manage frameworks (configuration management, development, maintenance).
- Integrate frameworks into tools and infrastructure to make them available to testing teams.
- Monitor automated testing infrastructures.
- Create and qualify bugs.
- Write the necessary technical documentation.
- Ensure the proper use of applications (test frameworks) in production.
- Guarantee the quality of releases and production deployments.
You will be part of: Philips ACI Paris, which is responsible for a flagship product that manages information from medical devices and patient data to redistribute it to various hospital systems (Electronic Medical Record, Monitoring, etc.). The Web team develops the administration part of the product (API, Web Client) that allows server configuration, device fleet management, etc.
You are the right fit if you have:
- Strong experience in software testing (software development lifecycle, procedure design, and writing).
- At least 3 years of experience in test automation (web/API).
- Proficient with automation tools: Cypress, Postman or equivalent, as well as development tools (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Implement functional and load automated tests.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results.
- Proficient in English (at least professional level).
- Autonomous, meticulous, dynamic, and proactive.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, but most importantly, curious!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a developer in a past role.
- Proficiency in C# .NET and/or C++ from professional experience.
- Experience in the Healthcare domain.
- ISTQB certification.
Required Degree/Training:
- A BAC+4/5 level education, such as an engineering school or equivalent.

Rattaché au Responsable Logiciel, vous participez, dans un environnement international, à la vérification des produits dans un contexte réglementaire médical.
Vos Principales fonctions:
- Concevoir des stratégies de test pour assurer la conformité du produit aux exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles.
- Effectuer des examens méthodologiques des spécifications pour s’assurer de leur testabilité.
- Rédiger des procédures de test détaillées et mettre en œuvre des manuels et des plans de tests automatiques.
- Participer à la mise en place des outils d’automatisation des tests web et API.
- Etre en charge de la gestion des framework (gestion de configuration, développement, maintenance).
- Intégrer les frameworks dans les outils et les infrastructures afin de les mettre à dispositions pour les équipes de tests.
- Suivi des infrastructures de tests automatisés.
- Créer et qualifier les bugs.
- Rédiger les documents techniques nécessaires.
- Garantir une utilisation des applications (frameworks de tests) en production.
- Garantir la bonne qualité des releases et mises en production.
Vous faites partie de :
Philips ACI Paris qui est la charge d’un produit phare qui gère les informations issues des dispositifs médicaux et des données patients pour les redistribuer aux différents systèmes hospitaliers (Electronic Medical Record, Monitoring...).
L’équipe Web développe la partie administration du produit (API, Web Client) qui permet de configurer les serveurs, de gérer le parc d’appareils, etc.
Profil et expérience : (expérience, connaissances, prérequis)
- Solide expérience dans les tests de logiciels (cycle de développement de logiciels, conception et rédaction de procédures)
- Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en automatisation des tests (web/API)
- Vous maîtrisez des outils d’automatisation : Cypress, Postman ou équivalent …) mais aussi les outils de développement (Git, Azure Devops …)
- Mettre en place des tests automatisés fonctionnels et de charge
- Exécuter les tests automatiques et analyser les résultats.
- Vous maîtrisez : l'anglais (a minima professionnel)
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, dynamique et savez être force de proposition
- Vous êtes avez un esprit d’analyse, de synthèse, mais surtout vous êtes curieux !
Qualifications appréciées :
- Vous avez été développeur dans une autre vie.
- Compétences en développement C# .NET et/ou C++ à la suite d’une expérience professionnelle.
- Domaine Healthcare.
- Une certification ISTQB.
Diplôme(s), formation(s) requis(es):
- Vous avez un formation BAC+4/5 type école d’ingénieur ou équivalent.
