Job Description

Your role:
• Lead category commercial plan with End-to-end perspective including portfolio strategy, NPD launch, communication strategy, and channel and promotion execution plan to accelerate business growth and achieve sales target.
• Develop annual marketing plan (ATL&BTL) with portfolio management to deliver sales target with market share gain. Lead and coordinate across functions to translate marketing strategies into implementation tactics.
• Collect and analyze market dynamic, consumer insights, and competition strategies to make recommendations to management team. Propose brand positioning, communication angles, media mix to strengthen brand equity and drive sales.
• Develop or adapt brand communication materials and ensure high quality of execution to meet brand KPIs and deadline.
• Co-work with sales team to prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales, control pricing and promotion across channels, and manage A&P budget to maximize output.
• Work cross-functionally with local/regional marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, legal to proactively come out solution and maximize business result.

You're the right fit if:
• 8-10 years brand management / product marketing experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, trade marketing background is a plus.
• Demonstrate working knowledge on principles and methods of marketing strategy, advertising, media buying, and promotion.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate/communicate cross functions teams, especially sales team.
• Good project management capability and time management
• Acumen in financial numbers, pricing, and margin.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Independent, ability to work well under pressure, positive thinking and open-minded for the teamwork.
