Job Description:
Driving the Emergency Care operations project management plan and representing operations in the integral project team to complement business goals, supply chain, and manufacturing strategy. Product Industrialization Project Manager is in the lead for the execution and release of new product introductions & Manufacturing Transfer in the supply chain & manufacturing (design transfer) with minimal disruption of actual production.
Your role:
First time right NPI (New Product Introduction) project management with respect to costs, schedule, and quality.
Accountable for the design transfers and manufacturing transfers for EC product industrialization activities related to the factory& Contract Manufacture.
Communicate and collaborate with the different stakeholders (e.g., supply chain, business, program management).
Manage the business risks related to Product Industrialization.
Ensure early involvement in the design process.
Ensure an optimal supply chain for the NPIs and AOS (assurance of supply) to serve our customers.
Become a lead in the design transfer processes (like APQP, Process Validation) and drive process improvements where required.
Create and maintain a diverse, inclusive, and highly engaged team.
The team responsibilities include:
Industrialization Project Management of all Industrialization deliverables to meet schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
Formulates the project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by team and management; The plan includes resources, costs, risk assessments, and quality aspects.
Managing multiple interdependencies and business risks related to product introduction activities.
Drive industrial and supply chain improvements/processes focusing on DFM (Design For Manufacturing), Design for Supply Chain, and industrial quality.
Ensuring optimum process capability, adherence to quality standards, and DfMAT (design for manufacturability, assembly, and test) best practices are leveraged.
Leading, and cooperating with, an Operations project team including engineering, purchasing, quality, logistics, catalog management and manufacturing.
Identifying and Driving manufacturing/engineering/value chain improvements during product development projects & transfer projects and drive product improvements regarding variety, cost, quality and failure rate, implementing DfMAT principles
Identifying the impact of new products on the current supply chain architecture and manufacturing concepts to develop the required architecture and solutions, initiate the deployment and define guidelines and execute implementation.
Leading the implementation in the supply chain of project related Engineering Changes
Cooperate with stakeholders to define the supply chain and manufacturing concepts of new products with optimal landed costs.
Driving make/buy decisions and be involved in supplier selection process.
Driving operational excellence of project execution to achieve first time right predictable project execution.
Apply lean manufacturing principles.

Within Emergency Care Business the Product Industrialization function is responsible for developing and releasing the manufacturing process for new products considering people, quality, processes, tools, and the performance of production execution from order to installation, with the purpose to establish faster, better and efficient realization processes in order to achieve world class results. You will report to the Engineer Leader and work closely together with engineering, purchasing, logistics, quality, supply chain, catalog development and manufacturing.
You're the right fit if if you have:
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering/Technical Discipline or equivalent
PMP certification or equivalent experience.
Project management especially in New Product Introduction (NPI) & industrial integration and transfers.
PMI/PMP Competencies like project management (i.e MS-Project), project planning & execution.
Knowledge of NPI, phased releases, and supplier transfers
Preferred experience working with complex assembly/test within the MedTech regulated Industry
Grasp of risk management
Change management and lifecycle management fundamentals
Fundamentals in Integrated supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, and sourcing
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Knowledge in Industry 4.0, digital transformation with AI enablement
Management of CapEx and NRE related purchases
Behavioral Competencies:
Experience in leading teams or multi-disciplinary teams & projects

Excellent communicative and social skills.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
