Operational Performance & Productivity Data Analyst – IGT Systems Customer ServiceJob Description
Join our dynamic team as the Operational Performance & Productivity Data Analyst, where you will enable the team to drive efficiencies in service delivery, reduce operational service cost and reduce unplanned downtime. In this key role you will work closely with our team members (Project/program Managers and Modality Performance Manager) as well as many stakeholders within our service organization, R&D, logistics, business analytics, field service and other businesses. Our team delivers improvements by influencing system design, driving our remote service strategy and delivery process excellence, and driving successful implementation of productivity solutions. You will set up the team for success by providing strong and actionable data analytics on material cost, labor consumption, operational delivery KPIs and underlying drivers: from data to insights to actions.
Your Role:
Independently build/automate dashboards and ensure reliable and timely periodic refresh of data. Actively collaborate with the central Customer Service Analytics team to integrate in the central reporting framework where applicable.
Maintain, enrich and sharpen reporting and dashboards to get to more complete and actionable insights (breakdown and trending of service delivery cost and operational KPIs, installation of early detection mechanisms, etc).
Reconcile operational service data with financial service profit & loss statement. Create structure, transparency, data checks and point out actionable improvement opportunities to enable our team and leadership.
Create and use complex business case models for y-o-y and multiyear impact of key productivity initiatives, based on multiple parameters e.g. developing installed base, deployment methods, changing replacement rates, contract entitlements, etc.
Develop models for early stage justification / rejection for project initiation.
Co-develop and implement NLP driven generative AI solutions to more effectively and efficiently parse bulk service data for quality issues and productivity opportunities.
You're the Right Fit If:
You have 2+ years of experience in complex data analytics.
You have a pro-active, self-starting and results driven mentality. As such you are eager to go beyond the data analytics to truly understand our E2E service data, underlying dynamics and strategy. You demonstrate ingenuity and are able to lead in developing innovative analytics.
You are experienced in Power BI, Excel (data models), QlikSense, SQL, Powerpoint reporting automations, and have a strong interest for AI powered solutions.
Preferably, you have experience with data from a medical device industry.
You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical education or business administration.
