Обязанности:

- Ежедневный мониторинг отчетов перевозчиков: проверка корректности заполнения и объединение в единый отчет;

- Получение и проверка счетов за транспортные услуги от Сервис провайдеров, оказывающих транспортные услуги;

- Коммуникация с Сервис провайдерами касательно оплаты счетов;

- Подготовка отчета для Финансового департамента по предполагаемым затратам подразделения «Здравоохранение» за месяц;

- Организация перевозок образцов и вывоза товара курьером;

- Предоставление прогнозов по приходам на склад на ежедневной основе;

- Поддержка процессов таможенного оформления, green light, запасные части, PH;

- Подготовка ежемесячных отчетов о работе департамента.



Требования:
1. Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции;

2. Владение MS Excel, SAP;

3. Средний уровень английского языка (для коммуникации с транспортными компаниями)

4. Ориентация на потребителя, процессное мышление;

Высшее образование.
