Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in paid intern opportunities. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company. 

• Assist in Job Safety Analysis remediation implementation and in Process Checksheet implementations
• Evaluate Andon Data for improvement targets
• Process flow analysis and NCMR root cause analysis and preventive action implementations

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EE or IE preferred)
• Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills 
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing
• Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills  You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. 

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details  

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00-28.00, plus overtime eligible.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Additional Information

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Latham.
