This role is responsible for overseeing the sales function across the international region (excluding China). The Head of International Sales ensures the right organizational structure and resources are in place to meet sales objectives and is fully accountable for developing and executing sales plans in the assigned territories. Key responsibilities include leading, directing, and motivating the sales team to achieve predefined sales volume and profit targets. While the commercial strategy and targets align with the broader goals set by the Business Unit (BU), the Head of International Sales will maintain autonomy over the Sales & distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with the BU's overall business goals and ambitions.
Your role:
Managing the sales function in the assigned region to maximize sales, volumes, and revenue, ensuring the right organization and structure are in place to meet objectives.
Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers to achieve sustained sales growth.
Defining and executing the commercial and distribution strategy in collaboration with marketing and BU management, while managing the distribution and channel mix based on agreed criteria.
Creating and implementing sales plans, including forecasts and AOP, monitoring performance against budget, and taking corrective actions to support overall business goals.
Leading, motivating, and guiding the sales team to achieve predefined sales and profit targets.
Contributing to product marketing plans by determining product pricing and sales priorities.
Negotiating contracts and pricing within the framework of the sales plan and policy.
Gathering and maintaining market intelligence to ensure the achievement of targeted market share across all assigned product categories.

Proven track record to develop and implement global sales strategies and distribution plans to drive profitable growth.
International experience in managing diverse international markets, considering cultural differences.
Background in medical imaging component industry (B-2-B) or related sectors.
Experience leading commercial teams, including KAMs and support functions.
Excellent at negotiations and managing C-level relationships.
Solid understanding of finance and logistics to support sales.
Master degree in Technical field, MBA or equivalent.
