DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO

  • Gestire, guidare e motivare un team di Network Account Managers (NAM) per assicurare lo sviluppo e l’esecuzione della strategia in sanità pubblica al fine di massimizzare le coperture in obiettivo al piano di immunizzazione.
  • Guidare il cambiamento al modello go-to market excellence, supportare e guidare i colleghi nello sviluppo di nuove competenze e capacità
  • Essere un membro attivo della BU e del XFT per supportare lo sviluppo del piano strategico e tattico.
  • Supportare il proprio team nel coinvolgimento dei principali customer di riferimento (Dipartimenti Prevenzione, servizi farmaceutici, centrali di acquisto, responsabili di associazioni/aggregazioni di MMG o PLS, Direttori di Distretto, interlocutori istituzionali collegati all’area vaccinale).
  • In co-ownership con l’Health Solution Partner (HSP) Lead, assicura un’efficace applicazione della disciplina dei processi di account management specifici per i vaccini e la sanità pubblica.

RESPONSABILITA’ DEL RUOLO

Sviluppo della strategia

  • Come membro del XFT, contribuisce al disegno della strategia del brand e alla sua esecuzione, in collaborazione con il National Scientific Information Lead, Health Solutions Lead e ai team di Marketing, Health & Value e Medica.
  • Collabora con il National Scientific Information Lead nel coordinamento dei processi di account management specifici per i vaccini e la sanità pubblica:
    • Disease Account Portfolio Management (DAP): definizione (in collaborazione con Scientific Information Lead, Marketing e HSP) e applicazione delle regole di segmentazione e prioritizzazione del portafoglio di regioni di competenza. Il processo DAP definisce la priorità delle regioni in base a: potenziale di mercato, caratteristiche del piano vaccinale, finanziamento, coordinamento delle centrali di acquisto, livello di maturità delle vaccinazioni e cultura della prevenzione/sanità pubblica, copertura vaccinale attuale, modelli organizzativi e collaborazione tra gli stakeholder del vaccination journey locale.
    • Disease Account Management (DAM): attività svolte dal LT (analisi situazionale/SWOT regionale, definizione della strategia regionale, definizione, esecuzione e monitoraggio dei piani tattici etc.).
  • In coordinamento con gli altri ruoli manageriali definisce l’allocazione delle risorse (del personale e finanziarie).

Business management

  • Raccoglie dai NAMs e consolida i risultati del vaccination journey e dell’analisi del modello di prevenzione sui key account
  • Identifica, sviluppa e gestisce le relazioni e i processi con gli stakeholder principali a livello regionale e territoriale

Gestione del Team

  • Sviluppare un coaching efficace per il team NAM attraverso attività di affiancamento sul campo in linea con i principi guida comunicati da Pfizer e l’implementazione di piani di sviluppo individuali.
  • Supportare lo scouting e la crescita dei talenti
  • Assicurare la performance e la motivazione dei colleghi in linea con la cultura aziendale
  • Portare avanti le attività e le decisioni in conformità con le policy, SOP, valori aziendali e la normativa locale.
