Internship 2027 for Facilities Engineering, Development, PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd., Upstream (Bachelor's in Civil Engineering)

Location: Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

To the provide technical support in the design, analysis, engineering and project execution activities related to offshore oil and gas platforms and facilities. Key aspects include:

1. Assisting in the design and structural analysis of offshore oil and gas platforms, including fixed jackets, floating facilities, and pipeline.

2. Participating in coordination with multidisciplinary teams in delivering project FELs and execution.

3. Assisting with project management activities like tender documentation preparation, scope of works, risk assessment etc.,

4. Learning to use relevant software tools such as structural analysis programs; SACS and SESAM, AutoCAD, PDMS etc. to develop and review structural models and drawings.

5. Engaging with industry players through vendor visits, workshop, conference etc.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data and attend meetings where you will be asked to take minutes. To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaign.
