The Creative Project Management Intern works with Creative Project Manager(s) to assist in all creative projects; from print, including seasonal line books and catalogs, to digital content and monthly campaigns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Collaborate with Design, Retail, E-Comm, Digital, Marketing and Wholesale to help monitor delivery of multiple campaigns and projects
• Ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, meet requirements, align with brand standards, and are delivered on time
• Work with vendors to guide their success
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and dependencies across all projects
• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and ensure delivery of communication and creative projects
• Support cross-functional meetings, capture notes, update project plans, and support general reporting
• Utilize project management and workflow tools to monitor, update, and create schedules
• Contribute to the enhancement and evolution of team standards and processes

COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Strong verbal, written and communication
• An understanding of the creative process

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Obtaining a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns
• Experience working with individuals in creative, technical, and business roles
