As an Analytics Engineer focused on Marketing & Growth, you will architect the systems and definitions that determine how every euro of marketing spend is measured, audited, and optimized. Your work will directly shape how we understand acquisition performance, allocate budgets, and scale efficiently across markets. You will join a lean, senior data team working on mission-critical initiatives in a fast-growing, design-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own the Marketing Single Source of Truth, defining CAC, ROAS, cohorts, and core performance metrics with clarity, consistency, and auditability.

• Develop a Campaign ROI Engine that enables accurate budget allocation and informs channel-level investment and headcount decisions.

• Design and maintain full-funnel data infrastructure to track lead velocity from click to close, supporting revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility.

• Implement foundational schemas and data models for attribution, ensuring scalability toward Multi-Touch Attribution and advanced tracking methodologies.

• Partner closely with marketing, growth, and leadership stakeholders to replace manual reporting with automated insights that drive faster, smarter decisions.

What You’ll Bring

• A strong ownership mindset with the confidence to challenge requests that introduce ambiguity, technical debt, or low business impact.

• Expert proficiency in SQL, dbt, and data modeling, with experience building durable, modular systems that scale with the business.

• Deep understanding of marketing analytics concepts, including ROAS, CPA, MER, attribution logic, CRM data structures, and channel mechanics.

• A producer mindset with a bias toward action—shipping automated, high-impact solutions that enable responsive marketing execution.

• A stabilizer mindset, designing resilient models that support new channels and growing data volumes without degrading performance.

• Professional working proficiency in English, enabling clear communication in an international, cross-functional environment.
