Supply Chain Project Manager, PGT - 14 Month Contract

Overview The Supply Chain Project Manager will lead preparation efforts for Deployment and Hypercare activities across Make to Deploy (Production, Quality, Warehouse), Enterprise Asset Management (Maintenance), and Order to Cash (Go-To-Market) processes. Candidates should have a strong background in Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, or Sales, with experience in manufacturing plants, satellite warehouses, 3PL facilities, or cross-dock operations. This role involves collaboration with PBNA ERP project teams, business leaders, IT, the Global Template Team, and external partners (IBM and SAP). The PBNA PGT Canada Deployment team is seeking Leads for Production/Quality and Maintenance (Enterprise Asset Management). Responsibilities The foundation of this role will require involvement in system testing, development of training material, site readiness activities, and deployment responsibilities in manufacturing and warehouse Operations and GTM. The position requires the utilization of PBNA business process knowledge and PBNA manufacturing and/or warehouse management Systems knowledge to link the warehouse and inventory execution processes. Organizational impact is concentrated in areas listed below but not limited to: PBNA Warehouse Cycle of Operations, Manufacturing Cycle of Operations, and GTM Cycle of Operations. Reports to: Transformation Director – PBNA PGT Canada Deployment Lead, Location: PBNA Canada Hub Based (Moncton, Montreal, Mississauga, Winnipeg, Calgary or Vancouver) Travel: 50%-75% Responsibilities Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within manufacturing, warehouse, and GTM operations. Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project. Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality – includes Design/Build, Configure/Test, & Deployment. Support end user training. Lead a team of resources whose key responsibility is to train end users on everything impacting them through and after this change. Support super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing). Lead adoption and change management, implementing process improvement to drive application sustainability. Lead site mapping exercises at PBNA Plants and Warehouses. Identify S4/SAP gaps vs PBNA requirements, propose solutions, and develop action plans. Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA ERP Project Leadership. Lead business readiness reviews. Lead Deployment & post go-live support. Reach out to external consultants (Subject Matter Experts) and baseline team members for advice, guidance, and assistance Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5- 7 years in operations in Manufacturing, and/or Warehousing. Solid understanding of Manufacturing and Warehouse Cycle of Operations, Inventory Management, and GTM processes. Willing to challenge group thinking and ask difficult questions; Able to challenge requirements and business processes to ensure best practices are implemented. Ability to influence stakeholders and work through others; open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices. Effective team player. Positive, resilient, and motivated to change and simplify processes. Ability to perform and prioritize under pressure. Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices. Strong analytical, project management, process orientation, influencing, and collaborative skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move forward or seek answers.
