Senior Manager- Program Management
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Overview The role is responsible for working with the transition lead or transition manager, PMO and functional teams to plan and execute transition of the business processes from PepsiCo business unit / sector to ICC location following PepsiCo transition methodology. Responsibilities Managing medium- to complex transition projects within a multi-capability, global environment. Preparing, owning, and tracking a detailed project plan. Establishing and driving the governance cadence (meetings, reporting, decision forums). Monitoring progress of project deliverables (timeliness, completion status) and providing regular updates to key stakeholders. Performing due diligence on transition wave scope and assessing outputs to confirm they meet detailed project requirements. Proactively identifying and reporting risks; working with relevant teams to ensure mitigation plans are defined and executed. Managing stakeholders and communications, including escalation facilitation when required. Coordinating with relevant teams to deliver service metrics for the planned migration, required service documentation and required IT access and tools. Managing logistics for travel related to transition Maintaining transition wave files and folders for future audit purposes. Contributing to scope design and transition audits; maintaining design engagement to ensure outputs set the project up for success in line with the GCC strategy. Supporting the TMO (Transition Management office) activities as needed Qualifications 9–11 years of experience in Transitions / Project Management. Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, with strong stakeholder management skills. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Proven ability to manage change in a fluid, dynamic, and evolving environment. Demonstrated track record of successful project execution. Understanding of KPIs/metrics, process improvement. Minimum Bachelors Degree education PMP or Prince2 Certification is a plusResponsibilities
