Senior Engineer - Engineering Project Management
Location: Plano, Texas, United States
Overview PepsiCo 1NA Engineering is seeking a technical project manager to lead the execution of the Frito Lay Plant Warehouse’s Automated Guided Vehicle, Palletizing, Loading Automation, and Board on Floor projects. Responsibilities Lead scoping and design recommendations for Frito Lay’s Automated Guided Vehicle Projects. Support installation and start-up activities for new projects Participate in and lead cross-functional teams of colleagues and outside resources. Apply Engineering principles to problem solving and managing unexpected changes. Manage, communicate and mitigate project risks. Develop, manage and execute equipment installation and start-up plans while supervising outside contractors and vendors. Manage multiple simultaneous project deliverables, accelerated timelines and competing priorities Partner with OEMs to continuously improve equipment design offerings, upgrades, training, and maintenance initiatives. Develop into a subject matter expert (SME) for Frito Lay’s Automated Guided Vehicle’s Expected travel: 25% to 40% Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
